We are creating an environment where new employees can acquire practical skills. This includes the UACJ Group's 3-month training program for new employees, 2-month plant training, and on-the-job training (OJT) at the workplace.
We also actively dispatch human resources to fields that will become the core business in the future, and provide training at overseas subsidiaries to develop global human resources.
